Shadow Protect 4 Questions

Just got a few SP4 Desktop questions....

1. How does Windows licensing work with regards to VirtualBoot? I have an OEM Win 7 licence that is only allowed on 1 machine. If I boot my image in a VM, surely thats classed as a second machine with the chance the key could be blacklisted?

2. Can virtual machines be used as proper machines? ie, make changes, install software, delete files? From a backup point of view, isn't the potential there to trash the backup?

3. How fast it restore for you guys? I did a restore this morning from a SATA 2 to a SATA 3 HDD (both internal). Speed was 70MB/s - is that about right? Full restore of 100gb took 30 mins.

4. As with v3, to use HIR, do you still need SP installed in Windows? I had to actually purchase TrueImage the other day to get an OS from a dead machine to new hardware as SP 3 Desktop doesn't support this feature :-(
