Set ESS Firewall to not block outgoing url

Hi,
I have ESS 4.0.467.

I have a Hard Drive with W7 Pro to use my RW program.
RW is short for RailWorks, it program (game) to simulate railways.

The firewall in ESS blocks it when RW wants to go to the Steam update website for any new updates.

It is OK when I disable the firewall, what I'd like to know is, how can I fix ESS to let Steam out onto the 'net when it wants to go out.

A "fix" will be very gratefully accepted. Thanks in advance.

Do you know which ports are being used for this? You can allow access to those ports on your firewall. The following Knowledgebase article has the procedure for doing this:
