I have been trailing NOD32 for one week. I definitely like it. I am curious though about all the server connection issues I seem to get and am wondering if others have the same problem. See the log below:

    Time Module Event User
11/25/2005 9:20:15 AM Update Error connecting to server 213.215.116.226.
11/25/2005 8:20:15 AM Update Error connecting to server 213.215.116.226.
11/25/2005 0:20:14 AM Update Error connecting to server 213.215.116.226.
11/24/2005 23:20:14 PM Update Error connecting to server 213.215.116.226.

My firewall is definitely not blocking NOD32 from connecting. I have a broadband connection so I'm always on-line. What would be causing NOD32 to not be able to connect?

Did you add that address by any chance. I don't have it in my default update servers listing.

No, I didn't add that address. In fact, I wouldn't know how to! So is NOD attempting to connect to an invalid server?

Maybe those servers are listed in the trial version. You are getting updates, right?

Definitely it's not Eset's server. Maybe a pirated one :)

IPs are for U7 server which I think at present is out of order.
