Serial Number

I have lost my serial number and can't install my program. Where can I get a copy of my serial number so that I can reinstall my program.

 

If you registered on the Acronis site then you should be able to login and the serial number is on your "My Products" page. If not Acronis support will have to help you.

 

How do I contact customer support. I didn't register the product when I first got it.

Describe the issue and provide information about your purchase of Acronis software: where you purchased the software, your order number, e-mail address that you used to make a purchase, copy of invoice or scan copy of receipt, your order confirmation letter, etc. We'll try to help you to retrieve your serial number.
