Serial number??

    I think I've just purchased the Trueimage 9.0 / Diskdirector 10.0 suite but I don't have any serial numbers (sounds fishy doesn't it).

    I downloaded three products, the two mentioned above and Acronis Privacy Expert

    I have an email from Acronis that starts



    Dear xxxxx,


    Thank you for purchasing Acronis product(s)!

    This letter provides you with the instructions on how to register
    your product and describes benefits you gain from registration
    .

    Of course with no serial numbers, I cannot register the products. Since I can't register any products, I can't send a support request.

    When I check with American Express I see no charge for $59.98 so I don't really know what's going on!

    Any suggestions anyone?

    Oh, I forgot -

    When I return to the Acronis website there is a sidebar that says
