SERIAL NUMBER DOES NOT WORK

    :D Just purchased TI8 from Fry's and the serial number on the booklet in the CD case does not allow install. Software just stays on smae screen and the next button is greyed out. Help.

    Sent email to support......o_O

    Any ideas....

    Still no response an a working serial number.
    I do appreciate the kind words but the fact is you have a customer that has purchased a product and not able to get it to work. I am a little nervous if a simple problem like this takes this long, what happens if my system crashes, lost data, etc, issues. Lack of phone support is unacceptable.

    I am looking forward to testing this product and am sure the support team will provide the needed information.

    I sent copies of disk and my receipt. Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Received email from support with new serial number.

    Install is OK....problem solved!!!
