I've just come across this web site:
    http://secway.fr/products/simplite_msn/home.php?PARAM=us,ie

I'm quite interested in getting all my IM messages encrypted, was wondering if anyone on this forum had tried it, and if so what you think of it. Is it worth having you think? On paper, the encryption is a lot stronger than ZoneLabs IMsecure.

    Hi JLamy

It seems an interesting product, and I think we should all get our IM messages encrypted. Nevertheless, I have never used it. I have abandoned popular IM applications some time ago and I am using now BitWise for secure and encrypted IM. It is free for personal use, quite stable, and you can use it for voice conversation, too.

    Have a look at http://www.bitwiseim.com/

    Regards

    Rui

one thing about IM encryption tho: both parties will need the same app/certificate in order for the encryption to be in effect.
