    According to Secunia PSI's Safe Browsing page, Flash has a highly critical vulnerability and it hasn't been fixed with the last 2 updates:

    My goodness Adobe, what is taking so long to release flash 11.2..? Auto updating would mean we can forget all about the monthly flash patching. :(
