    No. SUA restricts write access to only your user profile.
    AppLocker restricts execution rights (with default rules) as follows:
    - Where you can write (user profile) your can't execute,
    - where you can't write (as a user it is programs and windows folders), you can execute.

    Let it as default. As Sully says, it is enough.

    Right.

    Get used to user account first (in ultimate create it from scratch) and you will soon discover that, if you are not constantly tweaking your system or installing programs (which you shouldn't), SUA gives you a powerful mean of control over your computer.

    Restricts execution rights. That sounds good to me. After all, if malware can't execute, it can't write to the hard drive. :)

    Hmmm...AppLocker and ACLs. Sign me up.

    There are some folders/files within the Windows folder that a standard user can write to and execute. See post #7 in Anyone running AppLocker? for more details.
