We tested Comodo Firewall and SecureAPlus v4.2.4, and so far they have no issue. If you have already had your own offline AV, you can install SecureAPlus without offline AV. To cleanly uninstall webroot, first you may need to reinstall webroot. After installation, to uninstall, go to "Control Panel" (View by: Large icons)->"Program and Features". You should find "Webroot SecureAnywhere" there. If you want to continue to use WebRoot together with SecureAPlus, you can do so by installing WebRoot again after SecureAPlus installation.

SAP also blocks scripts. The rule for scripts can be defined at: App Settings->Application Whitelisting->Advanced Settings->Script.

I noticed that I can manually execute processes that are on the command line list, without getting a prompt. for instance, I can open powershell, or regsvr32 Is this expected behavior?
I will only prompt if it matches the rule. For example regsvr32 /i In this case one of regsvr32 parameter starts with /i (case insensitive).
thanks. I added a few command line entries of my own, but I did not set for them any rules. Will this work? see screenshot
No, it will not work. Let's take systeminfo in your defined rule for example. This means, it will only prompt you if you run it using the following parameter: systeminfo caseinsensitive You have to set a target of what parameter that you are interested to catch. For example if I want to catch the following command: verifier /? The following will be my rule:
thanks I don't know what I want to catch, so can I set an all-inclusive parameter? In any case, please give me a screenshot of the default rules, so I can get it back to default rules. or maybe there is a way to reset rules to default?
There is no option to set all-inclusive parameter because this will result to too many prompting for the end users. Usually you should just try to catch certain parameters that may be misused that can cause any harm to the system. Here is the default rules:
