    Hello all:)

According to tomdy2k's problem, how can we determine that the purchased WSA-E downloaded but not yet installed (the beta still running on my system) is the right one? Mine is "wsainstall" (634KB)?
    Sorry for you tomdy2k!

    Cheers,
    Herve

The License key determines the product you have as it's the same Download for all 3 the Key turns on the features that you have paid for! Nice a simple! ;)

...and when you open the program's interface up it will say at the top in GREEN letters after the BIG SecureAnywhere, "Antivirus" "Essentials" or "Complete".

A big question will always be whether it was purchased from an authorized reseller. If not, then Webroot can't do much.

I've seen eBay, online sellers, and others, where the license is fake, or one license key sent to 100 people, or misrepresented (Selling "Essentials" for $50 and then giving an AV-Only license key that was purchased for $20). Scams like that hurt the customer and the company can't do much about it because the seller sold you stolen or misrepresented product, outside any control the company can exert.

Yes it does and I'm glad they got you sorted! PrevxHelp is a smart guy when he and his team designed the new WSA! One file to download and the License key determines the product you get! ;)
