That's the first internet company I do business with that don't allow automatic upgrades "automatic" to its actual customers. Please stop the excuses!

The problem is that it is an entirely new product set, a different company, and a different backend architecture. We're working to get around this but it will take time to transition between the systems.

The suite uses a licensed but re branded version of Lastpass according to the PCmag review. Does anyone have any concerns about that as they were hacked not so long ago weren't they?

Tried to install WSA Essentials on my other laptop, but it wouldn't recognise the WISE 2011 license. Maybe I'll install trial version and see afterwards, or contact support?

I had to set up a temp pc, using XP x64 SP2 with a single raptor hdd. Checked Wilders for opinions on current alternatives and decided to try WSA running as an all in one security setup.

It's not hard to notice the difference as it's "in the cloud" compared to the heavy suite I've been using. Nice that someone reported it runs smoothly on Win7 x64 too.

Could any of you delve into how real time file protection is done? Also the offline protection. Is that all in the Prevx heuristics recognition and capabilities? Like HIPS would stop anything bad from starting.

I found 186kb in a Webroot folder in adm/local/app data plus the 585kb disguised folder (like that idea, saw it before somewhere). Joe mentioned previously that some "definitions"? were local.

Since I've been displeased for a while with what I use, this Webroot Secure Anywhere looks like it might be my next security software.
