Secure Zone won't open to allow image creation

    I am running the latest version of True Image 8.0 and have created a Secure Zone on my hard drive where I want to put a created image of the hard drive.

    When I go through the process of creating an image it fails and I get the error report "Failed to open Acronis Secure Zone for exclusive access".

    What do I need to do to overcome this?

    Error code is "1,013 (0x103F5)"
