SecThought.e infection

Hi im new to the forum through a search for Secthought.e virus that avg picked up on my system.I ran adaware and deleted the internet content.The virus was found in windows\temporary\internetfiles\content\ie\rmo3vlwh\instal~1.exe. I downloaded highjack this program that was suggested and here is the log.
Thanks for analyzing it for me.The computer seems to be running fine so Im not sure how it is effecting it.

Before you start, please move hijackthis to a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
These will now end up on your desktop.

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Then reboot and delete:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\searchbar.html
