I just recently switched to IE9 64 bit and noticed that the Webroot green checkmark on search results is absent. I went back to IE9 32 bit and Webroot checkmarks show again during the same search.

Is this feature not available for IE9 64 bit?

Sorry the annotations don't show in IE9 x64 but you have the rest of the protection of the Web Threat Shield and if you come across a malicious site it will block it! ;)

    Hello,

I have a 32 bit and also don't have the checkmark anymore in IE9.

I use 64-bit IE9 and never had the checkmarks, but my wife uses 32-bit and she has lost the checkmarks too. It happened some time ago, well before the most recent update.

Have you contacted the WSA support inbox to see if they can help to find the issue as I never seen it myself, it works fine on IE9 32bit and Firefox 12 as it should but not x64 Browsers! It could be some some IE addons? So please contact the WSA support inbox please! https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp?

    Thanks,

    TH

The safe search icon only supports the HTTP search and for now not the HTTPS search they are working on it but don't know when it will support it , this was what was told too me by the support of Webroot.

You didn't say you were trying HTTPS search! But this one will work in IE9 32bit and FF 12 and it's an HTTPS search https://encrypted.google.com/

Ok sorry! Did you try the link I supplied? https://encrypted.google.com/ in IE9 32bit and FF 12?
