The SeaMonkey project is proud to present SeaMonkey 2.22: The new major release of the all-in-one Internet suite is available for download now! Building on the same Mozilla platform as the newest Firefox release, it delivers the latest developments in web technologies such as HTML5, hardware acceleration and improved JavaScript speed.

Most notably, this release features for the first time:

Web Audio support has been added.
CSS3 background-attachment:local support to control background scrolling has been implemented.
Many new ES6 functions have been implemented.
iframe document content can now be specified inline.
    Fixed several stability issues.

It allows you to launch the portable from an external drive, like a pendrive/flasdrive/USB stick etc.

When you run the PortableApps installer you need to choose where you want to launch it from. You can even install it on your local C Drive if you wish. Make a separate folder for it though.

I have used this SeaMonkey portable (especially for work) for at least three years now. I am experimenting with the portable QupZilla as it is so light. I sometimes use Maxthon & Firefox. Maxthon is a tad heavy though once I have set it up as I like it. The SeaMonkey portable is my favourite though, it's reliable, relatively fast, stable & dependable.

    You're welcome.

It will look like this when you open the file after installation. Double clicking on the blue round SeaMonkey icon will launch the browser.
