Kaspesky, Avira and Eset all detect Malware with ScreenWings. There may be others only tested with those 3. May be FP's, just saying.
In fact, that is a bothersome problem. Uploading to Virustotal increases false positives gradually. After a short time our users usually report false positives. We cannot report most false positives since it is very time-consuming. For example: Rescanning the file a few times within an hour caused six more false positives. If you still have concerns, please verify the code certificate. In addition, it can be seen on Android that ScreenWings neither has Internet permissions nor can access local files.

We do not plan to add a log event since we assume it would require root privilegs. We are sorry to hear that you are losing interest in our software. so I am receiving : "screen wings is being manipulated, by third party" however it appears to work this is on PC
@lucd ScreenWings actually tries to "heal itself" after detecting possible manipulations. Please try the latest version, otherwise do you receive any error? (Error.txt in the same folder?) In v2.10 We are now enforcing a restart to ensure the program is back to normal.
might be AV trying to manipulate it, or a hacker, In the second case there is nothing I can do, but just take it, I don't see an error.txt on my drive what kind of manipulation? like deactivating it or some taskill commands? there is still a chance there is some incompatibility, I suspect AV work since screenwings is detected by major AV vendors as malicious program so it perhaps tries to inject code, as fp of course (I trust you)

Please securely contact us via e-mail and give us details about your operation system, installed applications and Windows privacy enhancing tools used. We usually fix the false positives of the major companies, e.g. Microsoft, Kaspersky, Avira, ...
In the version for PC, when in a VM, the Screen Wings (SW) program will crash when launching some application full screen that doesn't happen in the host "normal" account, but in the guest VM environment, which as you said is not supported yet
