CentOS 7.1 with KDE deskttop.
Very simple KDE Desktop on Debian. I really don't stop and stare at my Desktop much (or have icons there), but when I do I like to be presented with a clean and beauty image.
Arch + MATE, with my favorite theme (Albatross) copied and pasted from Debian Wheezy. And a few of my favorite games.
My Arch + minimized GNOME + Conky setup.
Red Theme to fit the color of my car (=wallpaper) and because I generally like red

My current Xfce desktop on Parabola. Clean and simple:
Nice wallpaper, is there a chance to get the original wallpaper in high res (without ubuntu written on it) ?
Nevermind, I thought you were talking about other wallpaper.
I don't know, I doubt it. I'm not sure where I got it from now. I'm sure you'll find it if you search for Ubuntu wallpapers. You could just PhotoShop (I use GIMP) to airbrush the Ubuntu logo out.
Here is one, but it's only 1600x1200:
and here is 1920x1440: http://nevseoboi.com.ua/uploads/posts/2011-02/1296742316_wallpapers-68.jpg
I love the Radiance theme in Ubuntu (and I hate Ambiance)
unfortunately with Radiance you get a white panel and if you set it to transparent everything on it gets sort of blurred
Yeah, I even prefer High Contrast to Ambience.
Thank you !
