scour redirect

    Does ESET offer any tools for removing the scour redirect virus/malware? I have a user who has been infected with this and running a in-depth scan of memory and C drive does not seem to be removing it. So I was thinking maybe it is a rootkit so wanted to see if ESET had a standalone to remove it?

    Is ESET NOD32 Antivirus installed on the system right now? If so, what is the name of the malware it detected, exactly, and where was it found on the system?
