How functional are WSA's various protection components on 64 bit machines especially components like the Identity and core system shields?I am asking this because Prevx SOL was/is not fully functional on 64 bit systems and had to depend on Prevx's anti-malware component. Is WSA any different?

WSA has native 64 bit capability in both kernel drivers and processes, so in the words of Data: "fully functional"

(Honestly, 64 bit is pretty much the norm these days. It would be sad if WSA didn't work fully on 64 bit. Though, maybe the mention of Data in this case doesn't work as well, given the context Data was in.)

All of WSA's protection is 100% functional on 64bit.

I tried to take a screenshot of my identity shield protected Firefox on a Win 7 64 bit machine with the Windows Snipping tool but to my surprise I was able to take the screenshot without a hitch, on my 32 bit machine I cannot take screenshots with the identity shield active. Can someone else confirm this on a 64 bit machine?

WSA allows the Windows screen snipping tool and some other trusted screen capture utilities. It should allow these on 32bit as well so that sounds like a possible bug in the opposite direction.

Well, I forgot to mention that I unchecked that option which allows trusted screen capture utilities to make screenshots.

OS utilities are in a different category from trusted/untrusted normal applications, which is likely the cause for the difference.
