When I did the set up, rather than schedule a weekly C drive scan, I scheduled a daily scan of the C and D drives. But thus far, it has not worked.

The only scans that have been completed are the ones I manually selected.

Does anyone have a clue as to what my problem could be?

Have you checked that Windows Task Scheduler service is not disabled ?

For some reason a registry cleaner can also mess up the scheduled tasks.

I do have 2 Registry Cleaners...One by CC Cleaner and a freebie called RegCleaner. If this is the conflict, how would I resolve?

Do I have to manually add this to the task scheduler in the control panel?

RegCleaner messed up my schedules. I tried to repair it but had to format and reinstall XP.
I can't complain though, XP had been installed for 6 months and was beginning to run really slow - So a format was due anyways ;)

?? You must be really active at adding/removing things - I have machines that were built 2 years ago and they still run without noticeable slowdown... but of course, these thinge being so gradual, it might just be I'm not NOTICING it...

It's because of the RegCleaner app, I'm quite sure about that - I took great time in analyzing what I was deleting, and it still messed up my scheduleded tasks. A complete restore did not work either.
