This may have been addressed before but I could not find it.
When I schedule an incremental backup a security screen asks for a user name and password.I am the only user and I do not logon, hence I have no idea what user name or password to use.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Who set up your PC?
You do indeed have a username and password, but Windows (XP, 2000, etc..) may be set up to automatically log in.

ATI needs that login information, regardless of whether that option is set.
If you do not know the login info (for whatever reason), you might be able to workaround the issue by creating a new Admin user and specify that user in the ATI software.

I have the same problem. When I put in the user and password I use to login it still tells me that is incorrect. I would like to eliminate this password requirement.
