Just became a registered user of Home Edition 9, build 3666. Great product! Good job to all the software people! Tried to run a scheduled incremental update on my Dell 4600 running WinXP Pro with multiple computer administrators (4) and the report log showed "Please check the backup archive password in the task script. Error Module 1, Code 1,018(0x103FA)". I'm using the same password for the WinXP user login as the backup routine.
    Any ideashttp://www.wilderssecurity.com/images/smilies/confused.gif

    Hello pineacre,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please download and install the latest build (3677) of Acronis True Image 9.0 which is available in the Product Updates section of our web-site.

If the problem persists with the latest build, could you please reproduce the problem and collect Acronis True Image log which can be saved from Tools -> Show Log -> Diskette icon?

Please create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
