Scanning results

On my Terminal Server i launch a complete scan and i continue to found Bomka.Trojan. At the end of the scan i select to delete this entry and ewido display a message where the operation has been done.
If i don't delete the bomka.trojan and i run a bomka specific removal tool or if i look for the specified files for this trojan nothing is found.
What spyware is found from ewido ? How can i check my server without doubts ?
