Just started using TDS-3, and just a bit confused about the Target Host option. Can TDS-3 be used to scan another workstation on the same LAN?
Or is this option just to interrogate ports on the remote host...
Also having trouble removing Ddos.RAT entries found in a trace scan. All the executables that are referred to have been removed and Autostart explorer does not show anything, but when I delete each entry in the Alarm Screen they are back again on next reboot.
    Help!

    Hi,

The target host is used for plugins and other port queries. For scanning files on remote machines, right click the remote drives or use Scan Control to scan them. Scan lists are often useful here though. The help file explains how to edit/add new Scan Lists.

Try deleting registry entries manually, or with Autostart Explorer (CTRL-A) or even better, ASViewer
