SBS 2003 + AV only or + SmartSecurity

Hi, I'm trying to deploy the business smart security solution in order to prevent from virus and spyware mostly. I'm not interested on firewalling the desktops or servers. Should I deploy the SmartSecurity Business on the SBS 2003 Server or the NOD32 Antivirus Business ??, and what about the desktops, does the antivirus only solution protect also from spyware, or is that a feature only of the smart security suite.
I already tried to install the smartsecurity on the sbs 2003 server and I got all the LAN connections to the server blocked at the install moment.

put nod32 on servers (how to set it up), not ess.

nod32= antivirus + antispyware
ess= antivirus + antispyware + antispam + personal firewall
