SBlaster won't download--Here's message???

This program has been damaged, possibly by a bad sector of the hard drive or a virus. Please reinstall it.

Every time I try to download it I get the above message. After having gotten rid of About:blank yesterday although I'm still wondering if it's going to show up tomorrow, but this morn was fine, I'm very interested in all the safety measures I can take.

Have any answers how I can download it or do you need any logs from me? If so be detailed as I'm not erudite in all this.
