i just installed 5.43.6 and now i get SBIE2331 Service start failed: [22 / 5] Access is denied. what should i do?
Try running the installer again (over the top of the 5.43.6 build that you have just installed) Then reboot. If it still doesn't work then check in Windows Services that sbie.service is started. Also check for any error messages in you Anti-Virus (which is ?)
i did try doing the install again. and reboot. i went to services and found that sandboxie service was stopped. when i started it i got: 'The Sandboxie Service service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.' the only anti v i'm running is defender. btw i had been running 5.33.3 until today.

i think it is ok now. i got into safe mode [what a mess] and uninstalled 5.43.6, went back to normal mode and reinstalled 5.43.6, and everything seems to be working.
