    Hi

Is there a way in RVS 2010 to save folders to the real system while system safe is enabled?

    Thanks

Yes, through the File Manager. This will only save the folder itself however as the files in the folder will need to be added individually if they are your real target.

    Hi Mike

Thanks for your reply. I tried your suggestion but got the attached error message in the system tray. Is there a way to fix it?

The Y: Drive is a phantom drive that seems to appear and disappear at will. Could this be connected?

    Thanks

    Uli

Should mean that the cache is full - restart the computer and it should clear. If this happens frequently, you can adjust the maximum free space allowed for the cache upwards (preferences > System Safe TAB).

    Let me know
    thanks

    Hi Mike

I rebooted the computer but that didn't seem to help.

I increased the cash to 65% on a hard drive with over 100gb free but still no luck.

I know this sounds strange, but try reducing it to 20% and see if that clears it.

Please locate the usual logs (rvs3, rvs3_inst, and MSINFO32) and send them with this thread in reference to support (dash) tech (at) returnil (dot) com so I can have the team take a closer look at this.

    thanks
    Mike
