saving arestore point

    Is it possible to save a restore point (from system restore) on a CD. Thanks

    Thank you both
    Also, worth mentioning I recieved an e-mail stating that if I back up the registry
    through "import/export" utility I'll get the same effect of saving a restore point. Is it really same
