is the experimental protection safe to use.
I was going to start it but a warning window comes up about future windows updates may cause it to crash.
Is running sandboxie without the experimental protection enabled adequate protection or is it crucial that it is enabled.?

    Kind Regards.

Running it here on W7 x64 Home Premium without issue.

    Explanation is found at:

    http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?ExperimentalProtection

Note the next to the last sentence on that page:
"You should generally enable the Experimental Protection mode, unless there is some reason not to do this. "

    Regards
