First thing's first, what version of Windows are you using?

I ask, because version 4 is more compatible with Windows 8

If you're using previous versions of Windows, then I would suggest either one (Both work quite well).

Just remember though, version 4 is still being developed/re-worked (Might have bugs), version 3 is in a more Stable build quality

If you want to experiment with a re-worked/beta version, then go with version 4 (Remember: Finding bugs helps the developer improve on their product, you could be apart of that)

If you want to use a stable build, without approaching potential bugs, then I say use version 3.

Either version should be fine for you but read the link posted by Sampei Nihira. I am using both (switching around often) versions in two computers and having fun doing it.:)

Take your pick, you cant miss.
