    Tzuk specifically said:
Please note that these two aspects are only protected in application code (user mode) because

    (1) they are difficult to protect in kernel mode by a component that is not a firewall, and Sandboxie is not a firewall-too bad, I hope tzuk can figure out how to protect on kernel level.

    (2) the changes can be reverted by restarting the computer or just disabling/enabling the network interface in Control Panel

I thought this was the final release but it's not.

I don't do Betas, close but no cigar. Close only counts in horse shoes and Hand grenades and Boccie ball  :D

I show 3.62 in my sandboxie paid version. When manually checking for updates I get a message that no new update is available. Is my version still waiting for 3.63 to be rolled out or could my product have a bug?

Well good on you, for testing the betas. Its good that experienced people try them. I tend to hang back a little :D
Thats whats so good about Sandboxie, a brilliant developer, backed up by tech savvy folk

I suppose those that want to know do already but .03 has been out for a few days. Running smooth as always for me. Liking ' the new menu option CUT which cuts the selected files and folders to the clipboard' in Files and Folders view :) .

Good of you to remind everyone of that.
A lot of us have come to believe that Tzuk's betas are like final releases.
And chris1341's link takes you to the beta thread in the SBIE forum, so hopefully the unknowing ones will see that. ;)
By the way, 3.63.04 now installed and running smooth as butter on two machines. :thumb:

Can I just install the beta version over the stable release without uninstall first?

Installed smoothly without error. I thought this would fix the Firefox 10 problem that I'm having but it didn't fix it....hmmm

OK this is just getting annoying now. This started only after Firefox updated to version 10. Should I try removing Firefox.exe from the restricted access in settings?

    Edit: It still does it.

Sorry for keep bumping this thread, but another symptom is when I scrolling with the trackpad, it will just stop and then I have to click somehwere on the page to be able to scroll again.

wutsup, I suggest you do a clean install of Firefox since you mention that your problem started after updating to FF10. Here on my end, FF10 and SBIE 3.63.03 are getting along pretty well with no issues.

I always check around for issues with SBIE before upgrading my Firefox and as of now I have not read of any problems between FF10 and SBIE. If you think your issue has something to do with SBIE, I recommend you create a thread about it in the SBIE forum.

Removing Firefox from the restricted access list of programs that are allowed start/run/Internet wont solve the program you are having.

    Bo

Thanks for the heads up, Chris.
3.63.06 installed easily on 2 XP computers and is running fine.
    Looking forward to 3.64. :thumb:
