Common secret practice nowadays. Kinda open secret. Rarely fined for this kind of action though. Thanks for the news ronjor.

if i recall correctly, samsung got fined fined millions for doing the same against LG.

not to mention the 1 billion dollar fine for copying apple. i despise samsung, even though its cool at the moment to love all their cheaply built products

Just a slap on the wrist for them. People are still going to buy Samsung products. IA considerable margin of their stakeholders would need to be affected for anything to happen.

Don't know what Apple the hypocritical copyright troll's Obama-supported success in American courts has to do with fake online comments, but this is rather bland news.

That doesn't make much sense for them especially while enjoying popularity, profits, and success from their mobile phone devices windfall lately.

340k might be easy for them but if they keep up that kind of practice the negative PR could prove costlier in the long run.

We'll see if it stops there.

At the rate that Samsung is been raking it in i suppose throwing the dice at "astroturfing" periodically isn't that big an issue, yet, given the pocket change fines.

And like already mentioned, Samsung does sell, and sell healthy
