With the Safing Privacy Network, all your outgoing connections are onion encrypted locally. They are then routed through our multi-hop network (blue) to prevent all current middlemen from logging and exploiting your private activities. https://safing.io/ Working for an October 2020 release. This seems very interesting! Quoting a little out of order: It sounds sort of like a fork of Tor, and seems to share some routing dynamics like Perfect Privacy's NeuroRouting and Orchid. Once it has substantial "community nodes", it won't suffer from the "you gotta trust us" problem. Which NeuroRouting does. I'm sort of imagining that users pay, and then devs and community nodes get paid. But I wonder how that will work, and how deanonymization via money trail will be prevented. I gather that Orchid uses a flavor of Etherium for that.
