I've just started getting this persistent popup with v8.0.1.44. I'd like to sent the screen capture and a scan dump to support but I can't find a way of attaching anything to the web support form. I also can't get to the file manager area of my online account to disable the file sync; the page just won't load.
Just contact them and tell them what is happening http://www.webrootanywhere.com/support and if they need the info they will send you instructions on how to do so! HTH, TH
That utility is supplied by SugarSync and may be hard for us to debug closer. Could you try just uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that clears it up? If it happens again, please let me know!
