run time error339 when I run swb

    I have downloaded and installed swb several times from different sites but each time i try to run it I get error message run time error 339 component"MSCOMCTL.OCX"or one of its dependencies not correctly registered:a file is missing or invalid.Have tried Regsvr32....to no avail.please could someone help as I love swb and want it back.I run xp home sp1

    Here's a different fix to the problem and it downloads from Javacool's site:
