We found the answer to the error on our test computer! :D
First we ran Com Explorer found here: http://www.4developers.com/com/
Then running it one item came up in RED in the left column. This led to noticing that SCRRUN.DLL was completely missing from our computer. We double-checked using Find and it was not there. We had a copy of it on another drive and copied it to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM. We then did Start>Run>regsvr C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\scrrun.dll and hit enter. (Notice there is a space between 'regsvr' and 'C:')
A popup said the dll was now properly registered.
Next we once again opened SpywareGuard and clicked on a few items. Wow! No lock-up and no more problems! :D

We mentioned the long story for those who may need the extra instructions or who may have a different dll missing.

    Best wishes!

    Good work QSection! [IMG]

Hopefully Javacool can recreate the original problem given this information, and also devise ways to address the problem more easily for other people in the future.

Yep - that's exactly the information I need. Nice job! :D

Including that one file in the setup should solve the problem - I'll make sure to do so in the next release.

    Best regards,
