Run DLL Error - WildTangent, run dll error on start up HIJack Report Included

I have adware software installed and have downloaded Hijack and included its findings in this post due to the virus that apparently wont go away. Can anyone please help me in finding out which files are safe to remove so I may rid myself of both the trojan virus on my computer (which is not deted by mcafee) and the missing run dll file for the application which I have uninstalled and deleted from the programs folder. Thanks for all your help. In addition I have already done all my windows updates but am still getting the Exploit-MhtRedir.gen trojan error but when I run a scan on my computer it finds nothing...
