OK, you can find the "Scavenger v10.2 BartPE" ISO HERE if needed. Just remember, Rufus can do the BartPE version on a Flash Stick but not the WinPE version.

From the FWIW Dept... I tried to run the 10.2 WinPE version of Scavenger on a W10v1803 iCore laptop with RBrx v10.7 installed and 3-snapshots in place. Scavenger couldn't find the "shield.dat" file necessary to go after the snapshots... it found nothing. It thought the protected RBrx volume was unformatted so it couldn't look there for the necessary "shield.dat" file... no idea why, the volume was perfectly set up and loaded with Windows.

    Your mileage may vary...

I talked to their live chat support. I requested for Scavenger latest version. They provide Scavenger only to Pro and paid users. I had won in a giveaway. I requested info on the latest version number. They replied don't have the info, and Scavenger tool and info can be provided by support only.

In my quick testing, all the probs I'm having with these Scavenger v10.2 incarnations are dealing with available drivers on the specific PE versions included in the ISOs. The BartPE is XP-based so it'll have lots of issues with the more modern hardware. The particular WinPE version seems to "work" on a 4th Gen i7 ( finds all the disks, not tested for actually accessing the snapshots) but fails on a 3rd gen i5 (RBrx protected SSD found to be not formatted <it really is>).

If you really want to go deep into this, you can load up a more modern WinPE that you know supports your hardware, then execute the Scavenger software from an inserted UFD (USB Flash Drive)... this should eliminate most of the driver incompatibility issues.

If you wanna pursue this, lemme know...
