Just installed Rollback RX from Horizon Data Systems on a Win2K SP4 system with updates system.

Upon reboot, as required by Rollback RX, I got a BSOD in Shield.sys. I tried rebooting in safe mode, without network, etc, and everything gave me the BSOD with the same info

    Error info:

    STOP: 0x00000050 (0xFAFF1000, 0x00000000, 0xF6432CF4, 0x00000000)
    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGE_AREA, Address F6432CF4, Base at F6430000, Datestamp 4608ED6A, Shield.sys

After rolling back to the uninstall, the system is unbootable. I reinstalled Win2k base, and tried to do a system restore using my normal backup software, Novabackup v8.055 from Novastor, only to find that the current backup was had "an invalid header"!!!!

I caution anyone about using either of these products!
