I've already done that. The reason for my post was to make those behind the scenes at Webroot aware that this is an ongoing problem.

    Hi Seeker

Have you Opened a Support Ticket via the Webroot web site to advise them that there is something wrong/not working with their URL Reputation Change Request page (I assume that you have submitted on of these already)?

That would be my further recommendation...as I am not sure that the Support Team from Webroot are on here that often.

    Regards, Baldrick

    I have, yes.

    That was from March 11.

OK then...would suggest that you raise this in the Webroot Community and perhaps one of the Mods or the Community Manager can investigate as to what the issue seems to be.

Already done. In fact, you responded there too which I'd forgotten about! Shawn from Webroot responded but not much else has been done, it seems.

Ah, OK, well I think that I will scout out what is occurring via a quick post in that thread...and see what comes back.

I like Webroot and will continue to use it. I want to replace the browser filtering extension and disable malicious website detection within the main program. What replacements would you recommend? I want something that has green ticks for Google searches which will keep the family happy. I am willing to forego 3rd party malicious website detection as we use Chrome as the default browser.

Thanks. I will first give traffic light a go for a week or so and see how things go.
