Roll back when install ESET

I'm failed to install EAV or ESS on windows 7 ,both 4.0 and 5.0. The installation process will rollback when going to intall drivers.

I have tried to use the ESET unintall tools clean my OS, but no use.

I have created install log and setupapi log as eset FAQ instruction. but no responese from eset for few days, any suggestions from this forum ?

from the logs it is not possible to determine the cause of the install failure. We'd need to get a Process Monitor log as well as the install log created at the same time. Please supply it to customer care. Also when uploading files, use US/Europe-based servers instead of a Chinese one; it's not clear which of the buttons triggers download.
