I'm interested in this program and I was hoping that someone who has possibly used it could tell me what the actual benefit of this program is vs. using window's built-in uninstaller?

The only real benefit to any other uninstaller besides Windows built-in one, is the ability of most to better clean out folders and registry entries belonging to the uninstalled program. However, I have ran into way too many instances of other programs being screwed up because of supposed "old entries" in the registry. And, often, there are still leftovers. My advice is to not bother and just use the uninstaller included with the program you want to remove, via the built-in Windows Add/Remove function. You can manually delete old folders, and time and time again it has been shown old registry entries don't hurt a thing being left alone.

It is useful if the program's uninstaller fails to do its job. There's a free version for 32-bit installations.
