    Hi

I am considering buying prevx to run alongside RVS 2010. Does anyone know how these two programs get on?

    Thanks

They get on fine providing you keep the AV in RVS 2010 disabled. On my system, whenever VirusGuard is enabled, Prevx 3.0 scans run extremely slowly. With VirusGuard disabled, Prevx scanning speed returns to normal.

I've also tried AntiVir, NOD32, Panda Cloud Antivirus, and MSE alongside Prevx. All ran OK without interfering with Prevx scans, so it appears to be specific to VirusGuard which uses F-PROT.

Hmmmmm now if only Returnil would drop F-prot and make a deal with Prevx for their virus guard. What an absolute killer combo that would make.

Wait until you see what we have in store for the future with the new AI/machine learning technology we have been developing for a number of years now. Still have more work to do before it is ready for the public, but it is already impressive in our lab testing... ;)

That should be a good one, Mike. Can't wait to see how that works.
