    Product:: ESET Smart Security 4 Home Edition, New 1 year, 1-User, Download Version - $59.99

    COMPLAIN:
    MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGE FOR THE ABOVE PRODUCT ON THE 23RD OF FEBRUARY 2010 AND NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR PRODUCT LICENSE CODE WAS SEND TO MY EMAIL.

    KINDLY REVIEW YOUR ACCOUNT AND GET BACK TO ME VIA EMAIL OR PHONE.

    RETURN BACK MY MONEY OR SEND TO ME THE LICENSE CODE.

    Have you checked your BULK folder - it may be that it was flagged?

    Hello ivansyoung,

    Have you visited our lost license page? Your ESET license email may have been blocked or could be in your junk folder. Also, sometimes a mistype of the a customer's email address when they purchase the license can cause the license email to not get delivered.

    I have also sent you a PM in case the lost license page does not help. We would like to get this resolved for you.
