I was hoping that another NOD32 reseller or moderator could help me with this one.

    - We put NOD32 with the evaluation license on every new computer unless computer requests not to. And same thing on to reformatted computers in workshop.

This is about average of 5 or so computers a day.

This is very quick and simple to do this, but on one account, we update the CD which has the NOD setup files on about fortnightly from the download page on NOD site.

But the issue is, for good customer relations, we update NOD from internet aswell, and being in a small town with only dialup, even with the latest download from the NOD site the updates are still roughly 4-5 MB.

Thats about 20-25MB a day of our dialup bandwidth updating NOD definitions.
Where as we could download a new setup file overnight every 2 nights or so and the NOD installation will be already up-to-date. But unforntunately we fond that the newly downloaded setup files only get updated after a significantly long time.

So how/where can i download new NOD setup files from which will be updated in virus definitions, and be able to do this every 2-3 dayso_O

Hope u understood what i meant?

I suggest you contact sales@nod32.com or phone our US office and ask for a temporary user/pass which you can use to download and update the full version for a limited time period.

I do, contact Rod by sending him a email (if you don't have his email address send me a PM)

You should be able to get a RA version of Nod32, this will allow you to set up a Mirror on one of your store PC's, you can then have every other PC access this for the update before it leaves your shop, hence they will not be updating from the internet (until they arrive home with the owner of the PC).

    Hope this helps...

    Cheers :D
