Restoring a single file

    I am trying out Paragon Backup and Recovery 2014 Free and have been unable to restore a single file from the Backup ie just one file not that the rstore failed completely. This may be because of the way that I am doing the Backup, I have tried a Disk Backup and a Partition Backup. Any pointers would be gratefully received. Added note I have tried both versions of the recovery media.
