restore problem

    I am using version 9 build 3677.
    While trying snap restore, I got the message in the image. Any solutions?

    I suggest that you do search of this forum for snap restore. There are many posts and some are not very favourable to this procedure.

    You could also try regular restore and see if it works. It could be that your tib file is corrupted.
