Respecting Customer Privacy is Not an Option

    I read an article and I think that maybe title should be: "Respecting Customer Privacy is Not Optional".

    Cool. This is Apple's approach. As much as I hate their closed hardware ecosystem, their stance on privacy is admirable.

    What should be and what will be is another story; we should all live in peace but we will have wars...Humans are controllers , so don't expect privacy to be respected.
    Knowledge is power, and we know it since the ages of time.

    I agree. They get their revenue from selling their hardware, so they don't have to sell your data. Though I wonder if their stance would stay the same, if people stopped buying their devices and they would had to find other revenue sources.
